Disability RIGHTS ADVOCATE

G'day, I'm Russell Mathews.  Welcome to my Senate Candidature Policy pages.  Two major planks of my Policy Platform are Disability Rights Advocacy and Anti-Corruption Advocacy.  To date, this advocacy has taken the form of PUBLIC ADVOCACY via websites on the Internet.  These websites are international and not served by Australian Based hardware.  The Australian corruption has attempted to close down these websites. 

I am disabled with multiple disabilities, but I stive to overcome the effects of my disabilities. This is Self Help. Usually this involves my adjusting the way I do things.  Being disabled and having a Law Degree, I am acuitely aware of the the relevancy of the Commonwealth of Australia legislation entitled the Disability Discrimination Act 1992 (Cth) [DDA],

In my Disability RIGHTS Advocacy, I apply a wide definition of "Disabled" to include most forms of disadvantage including bullying of all types.  Bullying another person or animal discloses a weakness in the character of the bully.

Bullying is an impediment to Self Help. 

Disabled  and disadvantaged people can be independent and do not need to be dependent on other people.  Unfortunately, much of the "disability industry", relies upon making their clients "dependent" upon the "disability Industry".  This invariably leads to corruption.
